The procurement falls under NAICS 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) and PSC Z2BZ (Repair or Alteration of Other Airfield Structures). Key deadlines include a site visit on December 30, 2025, at 0930 hours at Building 600, Osan AB, and a proposal submission deadline of February 23, 2026, at 1000 hours (KST), with technical questions due within three days of amendment 0003 issuance to youjin.nam.ln@army.mil and anthony.s.mosley.civ@army.mil.

This is not a set-aside contract and is reserved exclusively for the named MATOC contractors. The estimated project value ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Offerors proposing subcontracting of more than 50% must obtain prior written approval from the Procuring Contracting Officer or Administrative Contracting Officer and submit subcontractor details, including names, addresses, type of subcontracting, and estimated subcontract prices. The statement of work and technical drawings were revised as of January 21, 2026, per amendment 0003, which extended the original closing date from February 13, 2026 to accommodate the additional documentation and subcontracting requirements.
