Courses will be conducted by live instructors during Eastern Time Zone business hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), with interactive instruction and participant progress monitoring. Upon course completion, vendors must provide each participant a Certificate of Completion and submit attendance data to the Technical Point of Contact within two business days.
