The work will be procured under FAR 14 Sealed Bidding as a firm-fixed-price, Stand-Alone contract implemented under the Continuing Authorities Program Section 14.
No small business set-aside is anticipated. NAICS 237990 applies with a $45 million size standard; PSC Z2KB. All construction must comply with USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1-1 and federal, state, and local regulations. Prior government contract experience is not required. Performance and Payment Bonds are due within five calendar days of award; work begins within ten calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
