About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Technical Center is seeking a graphics and multimedia production contractor to provide comprehensive visual information services at the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC). The procurement will involve full technical and creative design services, including graphic arts, multimedia design, photography, and production of various materials such as layouts, posters, brochures, electronic presentations, technical illustrations, and web page designs. Interested companies must submit a five-page capability statement electronically to the Contracting Officer by May 1, 2025 at 4 PM EST, demonstrating their ability to meet the detailed requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. The acquisition strategy has not been finalized and will be determined based on the results of this market survey. Respondents must provide examples of corporate experience and a statement of their business classification size, with the primary NAICS code being 54143 (Graphic Design Services) and a size standard of $9 million.

The current contract is a follow-on to the existing contract with Art Z Graphics, Inc. of Mays Landing, NJ, and there is currently no set-aside designation for this opportunity. The contract requires specific key personnel including a Project Manager/Lead Illustrator III, Illustrator III/Graphic Artist, and Photographer IV, each with defined educational and technical experience requirements. Work will primarily be performed at the WJHTC during standard business hours, using government-furnished equipment and software, with potential work in challenging environments including outdoor and hazardous settings. Contractors must adhere to FAA branding standards and maintain 508 compliance for electronic materials. While no specific award value is mentioned, the size standard of $9 million provides an indication of the potential contract scale. The FAA emphasizes that this market survey is not a request for proposals, and companies will not be reimbursed for survey preparation costs.
