Added: Mar 06, 2017 4:26 pm The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Horicon National Wildlife Refuge has a needs requirement for marina services within a six (6) mile area of Plum Island, WI, in accordance with the specifications narrated in the attached Scope of Work. The intent is to establish a Fixed-Price Requirements contract for marina services to include but not be limited to outboard motor maintenance, indoor winter storage, in/out (launch and recovery) service and a dedicated slip rental for a USFWS owned 25 foot PackCat landing craft. The initial contract will run from award date in March 2017 to September 30, 2017, with the potential of up to four option years at the discretion of the USFWS, for a total of not to exceed five years. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. This Request For Quote is set aside 100% for Small Businesses, NAICS 713930, Marinas, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million average annual gross receipts for the past three years. Any resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination #WD 15-4919 (Rev.-2), with latest posting at www.wdol.gov on 01/03/2017. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13), Best Value Award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Please view all information in the attached documents: 1) Solicitation and Synopsis; 2) Statement of Work (SOW); 3) Department of Labor Wage Determination for Door County, WI; and 4) SF-1449 with associated pertinent Federal Acquisition clauses.
