This sources sought announcement is to Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses concerns that may be interested in performing a contract for the Bureau of Reclamation, California Great Basis, Region 10.
The work to be performed is described below. Based on the responses to this announcement, the Government may determine to set this acquisition aside for total small business, further restrict the set aside, or proceed with an unrestricted solicitation.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 and the related small business size standard is $39.5 million.
The information presented in this announcement does not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement will require a Bid Bond and 100% performance and payment bonds. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to use FAR Part 14, Invitation for Bids for this procurement.
Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this notice by sending the following information, no later than close of business Wednesday, June 24, 2020, via e-mail to Kenda C. Tucker at ktucker@usbr.gov.

B. A positive statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a prime contractor;
C. Evidence of your experience performing work similar in type and scope of work in this announcement within the last three years. The evidence should include: contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts and a point of contracts with telephone numbers. Please do not include more than five past projects;
D. Include attachments cataloging the company¿s equipment assets, personnel resources, and financial resources that demonstrate company responsibility and capability to perform the required work.

Work is located approximately 46 miles northeast of Reno, Nevada, in Washoe County.
1. Install cofferdam upstream of gates to be recoated.
2. Remove and dispose of sediment and control water leakage into cofferdam during
construction.
a. Sediment removed may contain hazardous substances.
b. Sample and analyze removed sediment prior to disposal.
3. Replace seals.
4. Remove and replace metalwork.
5. Blast and recoat gates and metalwork with vinyl coating system.
6. Furnish and install cathodic protection for gates.
7. Remove and dispose of coatings and equipment containing hazardous materials
