About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is soliciting offers for a Hydraulic Manifold Assembly (NSN 4730-01-518-9033, Part Number 12438346-2) under solicitation number SPRDL1-25-R-0202. This is a firm-fixed-price supply contract requiring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, including small business representation provisions and supply chain traceability documentation. Key qualifications require that vendors be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the export-controlled Technical Data Package. The solicitation includes a first article test requirement with specific inspection, packaging (Military Level B), and origin inspection requirements. The original response deadline was July 23, 2025; however, an amendment issued on October 23, 2025, extended the due date to November 6, 2025, indicating this solicitation remains active.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation and involves a total requirement of 15 production units with an option for an additional 15 units, reflecting a significant increase from the original 4 units with 4-unit option. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis with delivery specified as 210 days after award to Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood), Texas. The solicitation may employ reverse auction pricing techniques to determine final contract value. No incumbent contractor or budget range is identified in the available documentation. Vendors should expect a first article test timeline of 270 days and production delivery within 510 days, with all items subject to military-level packaging and destination delivery terms.
