About this opportunity
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking an experienced and reliable provider of Jamf products and services to integrate macOS devices onto the IRS network. The program must result in better overall software purchasing processes, lower costs, and increased compliance. The IRS is looking for a vendor that can provide Jamf's Pro Premium software maintenance, technical support, onboarding, professional services, and a dedicated support account representative. Key requirements include defined response and resolution times for software defects, timely patch deployment, and customer service metrics. The IRS expects the selected vendor to provide aggressive volume-based pricing discounts and a mechanism to protect or reduce prices over the contract term.
This is not a set-aside procurement, and the IRS has not indicated any potential incumbents or current contractors. The IRS has not provided any budget ranges or award values, but the requirement appears to be for Jamf's Pro Premium products and services to manage the IRS's macOS devices. Responses to this pre-solicitation are due by August 9, 2024.
