The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following service 1) M156 Booster Output Function Testing. This requirement is sole sourced to: National Technical Systems, 7961 S. Shaffer Parkway, Suite 2, Littleton, CO 80127 based on proprietary data information, as the only qualified vendor to provide this service. Any firms believing that they can provide the required service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
