The pre-proposal tele-conference which was tentatively anticipated is canceled. 
All questions will be addressed through a questions and answer (Q&A) period.  All inquiries should be submitted to Gina Jackson via email at Gina.Jackson@dot.gov by October 26, 2011.  This will allow enough time for Federal Highway Administration to properly respond in a subsequent amendment to the solicitation.

This synopsis is issued in accordance with Title 23, Chapter 5, Section (e) under the Long Term Pavement Performance Program (LTPP).  The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Federal Highway Administration's intent to use FAR Part 15, Negotiated Procurement, procedures to result in the award of a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year period of performance to develop a comprehensive web-base user interface for the Long-Term Pavement Performance Program.



The goal of this project is to provide technical non-personal services in support of the LTPP to develop, enhance, and maintain an effective web interface program of the LTPP Information Management System (IMS) User Interface.


 


This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.  A request for proposal (RFP) will be posted in FedBizOpps.
