About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a Limited Source Justification for a 30-day contract extension providing Information Technology Support Services for their Salesforce Platform as a Service (PaaS). The extension covers Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and transition services for multiple critical HUD systems including the Enterprise Analytics Platform, Computerized Homes Underwriting Management System, PIH Real Estate Assessment Center, Housing Information Portal, and Enterprise Voucher Management System. The sole source extension is necessary due to GAO protests of the competitive follow-on contract (47QFDA25F0010), requiring continuity of services to prevent disruption of essential IT operations supporting HUD's mission of preventing homelessness and providing housing assistance. The contract extension will run from September 1 to September 30, 2025, under task order 47QFPA24F0011, which was originally awarded on March 29, 2024, though the specific vendor and contract value have not been disclosed in the available documentation. This procurement falls under NAICS 541512 for Computer Systems Design Services and is being processed under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(a) as a sole source modification to ensure uninterrupted service delivery during the transition period.
