About this opportunity

The Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families has issued a Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) to modify an existing task order with Tribal Tech LLC to provide conference planning and logistical support services for the 2024 ANA Community Partner Conference. The conference is expected to have 350-600 attendees and the key services include securing a venue, hotel room block, speakers, and audiovisual support. The justification cites an urgent need, unique requirements, and economy and efficiency as the basis for the limited sources approach. The estimated value of the modification is $40,428. ANA had previously awarded a separate contract for IT and logistics services but had to remove the conference support tasks due to mismanagement of funds.
