Construction Project. The project consists of concrete repair to the spalled/excavated surface of monolith 15 of the Lower Monumental Dam Navigation Lock in Walla Walla County, Washington. The repair will consist of removing approximately 250 yards of concrete and filling the existing void in the monolith face so that it is even with adjacent monoliths and the original geometry is restored.
