About this opportunity

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), operating under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has published a Special Notice for the consolidation of four existing contracts into a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Low Code Application Platforms (LCAP). This consolidation is expected to result in cost savings of approximately 23%, or $21,858,953.77, over a five-year period, along with reduced administrative costs and increased efficiencies.

The purpose of this consolidated LCAP effort is to support the USCG's modernization initiatives, enabling more efficient software development across multiple business areas and aiding in the achievement of the evolving mission requirements of the global U.S. military organization. The USCG will award the BPA to a single 8(a) GSA Schedule Contract Holder responsible for the entire LCAP requirement. The Special Notice is set aside for total small business participation, and interested contractors have until October 24, 2024, to respond to this opportunity.
