About this opportunity
The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services across Air Force bases. The procurement seeks a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support logistics services including materiel management, traffic management, vehicle management, fuels management, ground transportation, and air transportation. The government is targeting a contract that spans 27 locations across 10 major commands, with the potential to support all Air Force bases including surge support requirements. Vendors must respond by March 3, 2025, and submit detailed information through three attachments covering vendor information, service capabilities, and operational readiness. The evaluation will focus on vendors' experience with government contracts, service capacity, financial capabilities, and ability to perform across multiple service areas and locations.
The pre-solicitation notice does not include a specific set-aside for small businesses, though it provides NAICS codes with size standards ranging from $9M to $47M for various business categories. The proposed contract will have a 5-year ordering period with an additional year for performance, with individual task orders expected to range from three to five years. While no specific award value is mentioned, the contract's extensive scope covering 27 locations suggests a significant potential contract value. The performance locations will include both CONUS and OCONUS sites, with five mandatory bases identified: Arnold AFB (TN), Edwards AFB (CA), Robins AFB (GA), Tinker AFB (OK), and Wright-Patterson AFB (OH). The government emphasizes that this Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes only and does not guarantee a future solicitation or contract award.
