About this opportunity

The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services across Air Force bases. The upcoming Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will support comprehensive logistics services including materiel management, traffic management, vehicle management, fuels management, ground transportation, and air transportation. Interested vendors must respond to the Request for Information (RFI) by March 3, 2025, submitting detailed information through three attachments: Vendor Information, Service Capabilities and Locations, and LRS Information. The contract will utilize multiple NAICS codes with size standards ranging from $9M to $47M, and vendors must demonstrate capabilities across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Evaluation will focus on past performance, operational capabilities, teaming arrangements, and potential to support surge requirements.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designations, making the opportunity open to all businesses meeting the qualification criteria. The current LRS services footprint spans 27 locations across 10 major commands and encompasses over 34 separate contracts, suggesting significant potential contract value. The proposed contract will have a 5-year ordering period with an additional year for performance completion, with individual task orders ranging from three to five years. While specific budget ranges are not disclosed, the comprehensive nature of services and wide geographic coverage implies substantial potential contract values. The government's strategic approach includes gathering detailed market research to facilitate a robust enterprise services contract that can potentially support all Air Force bases, including surge support capabilities, with a focus on comprehensive and flexible logistics readiness solutions.
