About this opportunity

The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services across Air Force bases. This procurement seeks a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) that will support logistics operations at 27 locations across 10 major commands. The contract will encompass critical services including materiel management, traffic management, vehicle management, fuels management, ground transportation, and air transportation support. Interested vendors must respond to the Request for Information (RFI) by March 3, 2025, and submit detailed responses to three designated points of contact at Scott Air Force Base. The government will evaluate potential contractors based on their experience with Department of Defense contracts, current service capabilities, small business subcontracting potential, and ability to support surge requirements.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside for small businesses, though seven NAICS codes are referenced with size standards ranging from $9 million to $47 million. The proposed contract will have a 5-year ordering period with an additional year for performance completion, with individual task orders anticipated to range from three to five years. The geographic scope includes both CONUS and OCONUS locations, with potential expansion to support all Air Force bases. While specific award values are not disclosed, the enterprise-wide contract could potentially consolidate the current 34 separate contracts into a more streamlined procurement vehicle. Vendors will be expected to demonstrate capabilities across multiple service categories, with the ability to provide comprehensive logistics support that can adapt to changing operational needs across Air Force installations.
