About this opportunity
The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking industry responses for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services to support Air Force installations worldwide. The services encompass six functional areas: Materiel Management, Traffic Management, Vehicle Management, Fuels Management, Ground Transportation, and Air Transportation. Respondents must demonstrate capabilities through a completed Company Response form addressing general company information and specific questions regarding their ability to execute the Performance Work Statement's functional areas, with emphasis on detailing actual company capabilities rather than repeating PWS language. The Government will evaluate responses based on contractor experience in the six LRS-C functional areas, contract volume and dollar value history, surge support capabilities during contingencies, and geographic capability across 28 listed Air Force installations. Interested companies must submit responses via email to richard.thorp.4@us.af.mil by February 17, 2026, close of business.
This is a non-set-aside procurement using NAICS code 561210 (Facilities Support Services) with a $47.0 million size standard. The anticipated contract vehicle is a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with an expected five-year ordering period, consolidating services currently provided through 34 separate contracts. Individual task orders will range from one to five years in duration and may be performed at one or more Air Force installations. The Government specifically encourages responses from small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and 8(a) companies, including joint venture or partnering arrangements. This RFI is for planning and informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract; all submitted information will become Government property and will not be returned.
