About this opportunity

The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking industry capabilities to provide Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services as a prime contractor supporting LRS organizations across Air Force installations. The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command intends to consolidate over 34 separate contracts into a single Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with task orders. Key requirements include the ability to provide six functional service areas: Material Management, Traffic Management, Vehicle Management, Fuels Management, Ground Transportation, and Air Transportation across a minimum of 27 specified Air Force installations and locations worldwide. Contractors must demonstrate past performance in government or commercial work relevant to these functional areas, maintain fully trained and certified personnel with appropriate security clearances (Secret or Top Secret depending on task orders), and establish clear organizational authority with a Site Program Manager available 24/7. Interested vendors must submit completed responses including the Company Response form and supporting documentation by February 17, 2026, at close of business to richard.thorp.4@us.af.mil; this is an informational solicitation only, and responses will not be evaluated as proposals or subject to government reimbursement for response costs.

This pre-solicitation notice does not utilize any set-aside designations, though the Air Force encourages participation from small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and 8(a) certified companies through joint ventures or partnerships. The solicitation does not identify current incumbent contractors or specific award values. The contract structure includes a five-year ordering period with individual task orders ranging from one to five years in performance duration, with the potential to support all Air Force bases including surge capacity for contingencies. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services) with a size standard of $47.0 million. Contractor responses must address capability to support the six LRS-C functional areas across the 27 identified Air Force installations and locations, including major bases such as Langley AFB, Edwards AFB, and Tinker AFB, as well as Pacific Air Forces locations including Wake Island, King Salmon, and Eareckson.
