About this opportunity

The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) is seeking information from industry regarding Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services as part of a consolidation of multiple existing Air Force contracts. The procuring agency is the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command. Key qualifications include the ability to support multiple geographically separated Air Force installations concurrently, maintain mission capability rates of at least 90% for vehicle fleets, provide 24/7 surge capability, and comply with all applicable Air Force directives, DoD regulations, security requirements, and OSHA standards. Responses to this Sources Sought notice must be submitted by February 17, 2026, at close of business, directed to richard.thorp.4@us.af.mil, and should include the completed Company Response form and supporting documentation demonstrating capacity to execute the draft PWS requirements.

This pre-solicitation notice does not utilize any set-aside designations; however, the government explicitly encourages small business participation, including joint ventures and partnerships from small disadvantaged businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and 8(a) companies. No current contractor names are identified in this sources sought notice, as the Air Force is consolidating over 34 separate existing LRS contracts into a single Multiple Award Contract IDIQ vehicle. The anticipated contract structure includes a five-year ordering period with individual task orders of one to five years and an estimated size standard of $47.0 million under NAICS code 561210 (Facilities Support Services). Respondents must demonstrate their experience across the six functional areas and identify their capability to support specified Air Force installations, including Langley AFB, Creech AFB, Joint Base San Antonio, Keesler AFB, and other locations across multiple geographic regions. This is an information-gathering phase only, and responses will not be evaluated as proposals; the government will not reimburse response costs, but all submissions will become government property.
