This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the announcement, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied.
Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether or not this approach to securing contracting support is practicable.
Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. Please note that the solicitation number used for this sources sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes.
Requirement Description:
Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Department Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for Logistic Services to support Technical/Specification Writing, Document Support, CAD Document Services and Program Management; Manage the Supply Control/ Inventory and Issuing Functions; Computer Network Analysis, and DDS Computer Data Management in support of the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany- Georgia. MCLB Albany I&E Division, Public Works Branch requires this contractor support to continue current levels of service to Production Plant Albany Base and tenant commands.
The applicable NAICS code is 541513, Facilities (i.e., clients' facilities) support services,computer systems or data processing. The Small Business Size Standard is $37 million.
Interested vendors shall provide the following information:
(1) Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address.
(2) Cage Code and UEI Number. Cage Code and UEI number must be registered on the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov).
(3) Business Size under NAICS code 541513. If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business.
(4) Capability Statement. Convey the services that your company offers, its qualifications and accomplishments. If these services have been acquired by any government agencies please provide names of agencies, POCs, and contract numbers.
(5) Include any other supporting documents (i.e. License and/or certifications)
