The purpose of this ammendment is to post the solicitation/request for proposal for the operation, maintenance, and testing at the Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) at Hill AFB, UT in support of the ICBM weapon system to The Boeing Company. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This posting will be for the Basic IDIQ and the initial Task Order. The contractor will operate and maintain the three (3) survivability/vulnerability labs which comprise LMTF. These labs are the Radiation Lab, Electromagnetic Effects (EME) Lab, Shock & Vibration Lab. The goal of this service is to operate and maintain LMTF test laboratories and test support equipment, design and develop test plans and directives, conduct tests and analyze test data, design and/or specify test equipment replacements or upgrades, integrate and/or install test equipment and systems, perform fabrication tasks associated with test conduct, maintenance, and repair, manage configuration accountability associated with test stand changes and support technology transfer through Cooperative Research and Development Agreement's /(CRADA)*
