About this opportunity

The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service has issued a Limited Source Justification Notice for a Bridge Task Order (BTO) to provide IT support services for the Army Reserve National Guard (ARNG) National Guard Bureau (NGB) National Capital Region's Network Enterprise Center. The sole-source award went to Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC) under contract 47QFMA25F0011 for an unspecified amount on July 16, 2025. The services will support an extensive IT infrastructure serving 34,000 end-users and 4,000 end-user devices, including dozens of virtual and physical servers, over 100 networking devices, 10 network storage devices, 75 Video Teleconference systems, 4,400 telephone handsets, approximately 150 Multi-Function Devices, and over 1,000 wireless devices across multiple locations. The justification cites that only one source is capable of providing the highly specialized services required at the necessary quality level, with the award being necessitated by a pending Government Accountability Office protest of a previous task order award. The contract consists of a three-month base period beginning July 19, 2025, with three subsequent one-month option periods that could extend performance through January 18, 2026, ensuring uninterrupted IT support for critical NGB operations including network administration, service desk, IT engineering, asset management, and cybersecurity.

This anticipated BTO consists of an initial three (3) month base period with three (3) subsequent 1-month option periods that, if determined necessary, may be awarded to extend the period of performance for a total of three (3) months.
