About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to extend a task order for chartered flight services pursuant to a Limited-Sources Justification (LSJ). ICE plans to exercise an option to extend an existing interim contract with the incumbent vendor, CSI, for up to 6 months. This is to prevent a lapse in critical flight operations while the agency takes corrective action on a recently awarded competitively bid contract that is under protest. CSI is the only vendor capable of providing the required services without interruption during this transition period. The base order was placed under the Federal Supply Schedule program, and the pricing was previously determined fair and reasonable. Once the corrective action is completed, ICE will no longer require these interim charter flight services.
