About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Omaha is soliciting proposals for the lease of office and related space totaling 4,292 square feet in Appleton, Wisconsin. The Government's current lease in the area is expiring and this solicitation seeks to evaluate whether alternative space would be more economically advantageous. The Government will evaluate proposals based on multiple criteria, including the availability and suitability of alternate space to meet its requirements, janitorial services included in the lease, and associated costs such as physical relocation expenses, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure installation, and potential non-productive agency downtime during transition. Offerors are required to submit their proposals by November 24, 2025, which represents a five-day response window from the solicitation posting date of November 19, 2025.
This lease solicitation is not designated with any set-aside provisions. The procurement falls under NAICS Code 531120 (Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings except Miniwarehouses) and PSC Code X1PZ (Lease/Rental of Other Non-Building Facilities). No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the solicitation notice, nor is information provided regarding the incumbent tenant or potential current contractor. The place of performance is Appleton, Wisconsin 54914, where the Government requires continuous office space occupancy. Prospective offerors should note that evaluation will give significant weight to the total cost of ownership, including both direct lease costs and indirect expenses related to the transition process.
