About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District in Tulsa is seeking law enforcement services for various locations in Kansas and Oklahoma through a potential sole-source procurement under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The contracting agency is specifically looking for a contractor capable of providing comprehensive law enforcement support across multiple sites within the Tulsa District. Interested companies must submit a detailed capabilities statement via email to Lee.H.Maddox@usace.army.mil by 2:00 PM CST on February 14, 2025, which must include the company name, address, point of contact information, CAGE code, and evidence of ability to fulfill the government's requirements. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award, and all submissions will be evaluated to determine whether a competitive procurement might be more appropriate. The government will consider all received information, though this notice is not a formal request for competitive proposals.

While the pre-solicitation notice does not specify a specific award value or precise service quantities, it is classified under NAICS code 922120 for Police Protection services and PSC category R499 for Professional Support Services. The opportunity is currently not set aside for any specific business category, indicating it is open to a broad range of potential contractors. The notice suggests this is a potential future solicitation for law enforcement services, with the government reserving the right to determine the most appropriate procurement method based on the responses received. Interested firms are advised that the government's decision not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at their discretion, and all submissions will be used primarily to assess the market's capability to meet the stated requirements. Contractors seeking more information can contact SAM assistance at (866) 606-8220 for registration support or Lee H. Maddox directly at (918) 669-4393 for specific questions about the opportunity.
