The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC)-Warren, Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 intends to procure service for the modification of one (1) Laundry Advanced System (LADS) via a sole source two-year, firm-fixed-price, IDIQ type contract. This service will be procured from Guild Associates - CAGE 4X630, which is the LADS OEM in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii)(A)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, substantial duplication of cost to the government that is not expected to be recovered through (A) competition or (B) unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements". This LADS will be tested to ensure all design changes can be incorporated. The period of performance will not exceed 36 months.
