STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

FOR

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF

PHYSICAL CONFIGURATION AUDIT WITH PLAN & REPORT

FOR

LAUNDRY ADVANCED SYSTEM (LADS) MODEL D OBSOLESCENCE UPDATE

1. SCOPE. The Contractor shall develop a Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) Plan and develop a detailed PCA Report in contractor format. The PCA Report shall include the results of an evaluation of a production representative LADS Model D against the most current production drawings. The evaluation shall include assemblies that report to the end item, all Components of End Item (COEI), Basic Issue Items (BII), and all provisioned parts.

The report shall provide the results of a configuration audit of the current production drawings against the repair parts and special tools list (RPSTL), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) and provisioning parts list (PPL) that support and establish the configuration baseline. The report will either validate that assemblies and provisioned parts match the production drawings and are procurable through the Army parts ordering system or identify discrepancies. If discrepancies are found, the report will detail the contractors plan to resolve the discrepancy.
