Attached is the redacted Justification and Approval document for the following requirement:
The contract is for software licenses/support, data and engineering services to perform support tasks that are needed by the 517 SMXG, in support of the Launch and early orbit, Anomaly resolution, and Disposal Operations (LADO) software sustainment.
As directed by the 517 SMXG, the contract shall support all LADO products that contribute to the LADO systems that are currently in place and that may be added in the future, and any mission unique systems built into LADO. The software list includes, but is not limited to the following products: Telemetry, Tracking and Commanding (TT & C) and Scheduling Core Application Bundle Front End Devices and Hardware, AceCP, AceVS, AceWLS, AceTWS, AceCDT, AceDBe, AceMenu, AceTS, AceTWT, AceAdmin, AceRM, AceFCM, AceCCT, AceCCU, AceTFE, AceKGC, AceSIU-CMD, AceSIU-TLM, Mission Planning AceADE, Attitude Determination (FreeFlyer), Maneuver Planning (FreeFlyer), Orbit Determination, Simulation Software Front End Devices, AceSim IIA, IIR, IIF and ground control segment interface to STARSIM (IIF flight code), Ace SIU, AceCIU, AceTWG, AceKGC, AceKI17C.
The contract provides software upgrades, changes, and modifications to the TT & C, Core Applications, Simulation software and applicable hardware devices. The contract also requires the contractor to update LADO documentation as required.
The contract complies with the most current version of the Space and Missile systems Center Standard Software Development for Space Systems (SMC-012).
The contract supplies licenses for all applicable LADO software.
The NAICS Code listed in the Justification and Approval document was re-evaluated after the document was approved. The NAICS Code was changed from 517919 to 541719. This change moves the contractor from a NAICS in which they are a large business into one in which they are a small business.
