Award will be firm-fixed-price on Standard Form 1449 to the single responsible quoter offering the lowest total price. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order. Quoters must be registered in SAM prior to submission and must acknowledge Amendment 0001 (effective August 10, 2026) by completing items 8 and 15 of their offer or submitting separate written acknowledgment referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Payment is processed via Wide Area WorkFlow. The quotation period remains firm for 30 calendar days from receipt date. Contact: Michael French, michael.s.french@dla.mil, 701-694-6120.
