About this opportunity

The Millennium Challenge Corporation seeks a Land Administration Information Technology Systems Consultant to provide technical advisory services supporting due diligence, development, and oversight of land administration IT investments in Compact and Threshold programs. The contractor must have experience with land administration IT systems, project design and implementation, and providing recommendations to donors. This is a single-award IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options estimated at 5,700 hours of effort over five years. Proposals are due by July 12, 2022.
