Potential bidders are required to complete several mandatory representations, including telecommunications equipment declarations, business size confirmations, and tax liability statements. The solicitation mandates electronic submission via email to alexander.daugherty@dla.mil by December 20, 2024, with specific instructions for quote preparation, including signing required boxes, providing CAGE codes, and annotating manufacturer details.
The contract is set aside exclusively for small businesses and will be performed at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. The procurement seeks 60 rolls of the specified laminated cloth, with delivery expected by February 22, 2025. Contractors must provide certificates of compliance and accept inspection upon delivery, with electronic invoicing required through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) e-Business Suite. The solicitation falls under NAICS category 313210 for Broadwoven Fabric Mills and PSC category 8305 for Textile Fabrics. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the procurement appears to be a medium-sized contract with detailed technical and administrative requirements.
