The contractor must supply all necessary equipment, supplies, labor, manpower, fuel, transportation, and supervision to execute the work as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) across multiple locations throughout the Lake Red Rock area. The work will be classified under NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services) and PSC Z1PZ (Maintenance of Other Non-Building Facilities), indicating the scope encompasses grounds and facility maintenance activities. All services must be performed in accordance with contract specifications and will be subject to inspection and quality assurance per the established QASP (Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan). This is a pre-solicitation notice posted on December 29, 2025, with a response deadline of January 5, 2026, providing potential bidders approximately one week to prepare their submissions.
This procurement opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, meaning only certified small businesses are eligible to compete for the contract. The pre-solicitation notice does not specify the incumbent contractor, potential award value, or detailed budget allocation for this effort. Additionally, no specific timeline for contract performance, quantity metrics, or acreage to be treated is provided in the pre-solicitation announcement. Interested small businesses should monitor for the full solicitation release, which will contain comprehensive details regarding project scope, performance timelines, pricing structures, and technical requirements necessary to submit a competitive proposal. The brief timeline between notice posting and the response deadline suggests that the agency intends to move expeditiously toward formal solicitation and contract award.
