Notice text
The National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES) are a series of cross-sectional surveys conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) designed to provide national statistics on the health and nutritional status of the civilian, non-institutionalized U.S. population through household interviews, standardized physical examinations, and the collection of biologic samples in special mobile examination centers. The surveys oversample the two largest race/ethnic minority groups, non-Hispanic blacks and Mexican-Americans, along with other subgroups of the population. The requirement seeks to obtain laboratories for laboratory measurements on biologic specimens for albumin and creatinine and possibly sodium, potassium, and chloride testing and processing. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform these measurements.
This is a firm-fixed price contract awarded to one vendor.
