Update #5 · Latest ·

The Government is conducting additional market research regarding the viability of making the TMC contract requirement a multiple award IDIQ contract.

If the Government solicited the TMC requirement as a multiple award IDIQ contract, would that decision impact your company's ability to submit an offer for this requirement? If so, please explain what positive and/or negative impacts this decision would have?

Areas of potential impact that the Government is particularly interested in are:

Pricing of Labor Hour Rates
Pricing of Firm Fixed Price Tasks
Labor Pool/Labor Relations
Contract Management
Government/Contractor Furnished Equipment
Subcontracts

Responses should be sent to Mr. Jonathan Anderson at jonathan.anderson13@us.army.mil, no later than 1200 NOON CET 12 May 2011.

For any further questions or concerns please contact Mr. Jonathan Anderson, e-mail jonathan.anderson13@us.army.mil or commercial phone: 0631-411-5520.
