About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole-source delivery order valued at $1,650,604 to Raytheon Company under Basic Ordering Agreement N0001920G0007 for sustainment and integration support of the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) Fiscal Year 2025 Mission Planning Common Unique Planning Component (CUPC) Weapon Planning Environment (CWPE) software and related components. The contract was awarded on August 4, 2025, and supports continued United States Navy JSOW mission planning capabilities through software maintenance and system integration services. The procurement was conducted on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 because Raytheon Missiles & Defense is the exclusive designer, developer, and manufacturer of the JSOW weapon system, possessing the only technical expertise, production facilities, and proprietary technical data necessary to fulfill these specialized requirements. The underlying Basic Ordering Agreement permits multiple fixed-price and cost-reimbursable orders for various JSOW support services including spares, repairs, technical support, engineering studies, and software development through August 31, 2025.
