The Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program (OPM-SANG), located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, intends to procure a Job Order Contract (JOC) Unit Price Book and technical specifications to be utilized for a new Job Order Contract to be established for construction projects in vicinity of Riyadh. Essentially this is two requirements:
a. Procure Unit Price Book - the Saudi Arabian-specific price book must be purchased by the Government and provided to potential offerors for the eventual multiple-award JOC. Ideally, the Unit Price Book purchased is part of an overall software package eventually used by the Government to also develop the technical specifications for the new task orders (after the JOC has been awarded).
b. Establish a Job Order Contract - establish a pool of multiple contractors with the technical capability to complete an array of minor construction tasks at reasonable and realistic prices.
See attachment for full requirement description.
