About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Walla Walla is seeking contractors for the Jackson Hole Levee Maintenance Project, a comprehensive levee repair and rehabilitation contract spanning 2025-2029 in Teton County, Wyoming, near the town of Jackson. The project involves removing vegetation and rehabilitating revetment of Jackson Project levees, as well as performing short-notice repairs to levee sites damaged by spring river flows. The work encompasses maintenance and repair of critical flood control infrastructure in the Jackson Hole area. This pre-solicitation notice was posted on July 31, 2025, with a response deadline of August 29, 2025. The procurement falls under NAICS code 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) and PSC code Z2KA (Repair or Alteration of Dams).
This opportunity is designated as a total small business set-aside, restricting competition to qualified small business contractors. The project scope includes substantial infrastructure components: 28 levees totaling 33 miles in length, 48 levee access roads, and 5 riprap stockpile sites that will require maintenance and rehabilitation services. The four-year contract duration from 2025-2029 indicates this is a long-term maintenance agreement designed to provide ongoing levee system support. The geographic concentration in the Jackson Hole area suggests contractors will need local presence or willingness to establish operations in this Wyoming location. No incumbent contractor information or specific budget ranges were disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice.
