Interested parties must submit their responses via email to the Contracting Officer, Taylor Richter, at Taylor.Richter@va.gov, and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. There are no specific eligibility restrictions mentioned; any firm believing it can meet the requirements may submit a response with supporting documentation demonstrating its ability to perform the work. The contract structure includes a base period plus four option years. The Government retains sole discretion to determine whether to compete this procurement based on responses received, though if no responses are received, the award to Boston Scientific Corporation will proceed.
