About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking capability statements from contractors interested in providing solid water treatment chemicals and maintenance services to the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System in Loma Linda, California. The five-year contract will require the contractor to provide chemicals and services to treat solid water waste at the facility. Interested parties must submit company and small business information along with qualifications demonstrating their ability to perform the requirements by June 9, 2023. The evaluation will prioritize service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, though other small business types may be considered if qualified responses from SDVOSBs are insufficient.

The North American Industry Classification System code applicable to this requirement is 221310, with an estimated value of $41 million. While no set-aside is designated, the agency will consider setting aside the procurement entirely for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. If responses from that group are determined to be inadequate, an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be used.
