The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Aerial Refueling Certification Agency, (AFLCMC/EZFA) is conducting market research to identify parties having the interest, expertise, capability, resources and experience to provide Aerial Refueling (AR) Instrumentation and Engineering support for the ItAF KC-767A aircraft. Information received via this RFI will be utilized to help refine the acquisition strategy and develop a solicitation that best communicates the Government’s requirements.
BACKGROUND
The scope of the project will include engineering and analysis services to allow for certification of selected United States Air Force (USAF) receiving aircraft refueling from an ItAF KC-767A. Services include the installation of the existing and approved AR instrumentation suite, providing technical support (data acquisition, downloading, turning into reportable formats) during test, monitoring of data for validity (or training USAF/ItAF test crews on same), data delivery, and de-installation of the system at the completion of the test activity.
