Responses must be submitted by March 29, 2026, and any questions regarding the RFI are due by March 18, 2026, with answers to be posted on SAM.gov. The RFI document requires responses in a maximum of 16 pages formatted in Microsoft Word or PDF and should address the Government's needs for integrated cafeteria and vending operations serving approximately 1,000 employees.

The current contract, held under contract number 2032H8-22-C-00002, is scheduled to conclude on September 30, 2026, with an estimated annual cafeteria sales volume of $357,000 based on anticipated daily patronage of approximately 90 breakfast and 147 lunch customers. The scope requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, food products, supplies, transportation, and equipment for Monday-through-Friday cafeteria operations with minimum serving hours of 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM for breakfast and 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for lunch, plus 24/7/365 vending machine operations with Energy Star-rated equipment.
