The contract includes a base period of approximately 12 months, subject to change depending on the award date, followed by four optional 12-month periods, providing a potential total performance period of approximately 60 months. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, nor are any incumbent contractors identified.
