The Department of State's US Embassy in Paris is seeking a contractor for interior plants rental and maintenance services across various embassy offices in France. The solicitation, posted on February 25, 2025, with responses due by April 4, 2025, will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The government intends to award the contract to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror who is deemed a responsible contractor and may award the contract based on initial offers without further discussion. All potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer, as required by FAR provision 52.204-7. The contract structure will consist of one base year with three optional one-year extensions, potentially extending the total contract period to four years if all options are exercised. The place of performance is Paris, France, where the contractor will be responsible for supplying, maintaining, and managing interior plant services for the US Embassy's offices.
