The 2022 Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Open House is scheduled to occur September 16-18, 2022. This event in the National Capital Region commemorates the 75th anniversary of the founding of the United States Air Force (USAF) and will feature aerial demonstrations and static displays of significant military aircraft in USAF history. In support of this effort, the government seeks to secure the services of contractor-operated, historically-significant aircraft to perform and/or be displayed for event attendees during the JBA Open House.
Contracted services will be rendered September 15-19, 2022. The 2022 JBA Open House is scheduled to occur September 16-18, 2022. Contractors, aircraft and support vehicles are expected to arrive at JBA (ICAO KADW) on September 15, 2022 and will depart September 19, 2022, in accordance with Section 3 General Requirements.
The contractor will provide four (4) aerial performances of the T-33, one (1) aerobatic demonstration on each day of the Open House, 16-18 September 2022 and one (1) jet truck race at the discretion of the government. Aircraft and support vehicles are expected to be in place at JBA, MD NLT 1700L on 15 September 2022, and will not be permitted to depart until after 0800L on 19 September 2022.
