Interested parties may submit documentation demonstrating their capabilities and interest by February 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM PDT, though this notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The government will use responses to determine whether to proceed with a competitive solicitation or sole-source award, with all responsible sources receiving full consideration. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award, and responses should be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist.

The contract is classified under NAICS code 336611 (Ship Building and Repairing) and PSC code J999 (Non-Nuclear Ship Repair West), structured as a firm fixed-price arrangement with line items for troubleshooting and repair services, contract data requirements, and travel costs.
