About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of the Treasury Departmental Offices intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Thundercat Technologies by October 23, 2026, for a subscription to Flashpoint Ignite, a commercial-off-the-shelf threat intelligence platform supporting the Office of Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
The requirement encompasses timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence derived from primary-source, open-source, deep-web, dark-web, illicit-marketplace, messaging, and geospatial sources. The solution must enable financial fraud detection and loss tracking, cyber threat actor tracking, vulnerability exploitation contextualization, cyber and physical incident monitoring, geospatial situational awareness, investigations, alerting, and informed decision-making. Treasury determined Thundercat Technologies is the sole source capable of meeting requirements because Thundercat developed and owns the proprietary and patented hardware, software, and algorithms embedded in the required products and services.
The anticipated award covers a 12-month base period with four option periods. Although this notice is not a solicitation, responsible sources believing they can provide the required supplies or services may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet Treasury's requirements. Capability statements must include sufficient technical detail to support evaluation.
