This procurement carries no set-aside designation and will be awarded to qualified local vendors without preferential treatment categories. The total estimated value of the BPA(s) will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $350,000, with individual orders placed under the agreement remaining below this threshold. The BPA performance period may extend up to five years, providing long-term logistics support for the embassy's classified communications operations. The NAICS classification for this procurement is 488999 (All Other Support Activities for Transportation), and the PSC category is V119 (Transportation/Travel/Relocation—Transportation: Other), indicating the government's categorization of these services within the logistics and transportation sector.
