About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Reserve Command seeks integrated solid waste management services at Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia, with proposals due September 2, 2026. Amendment 3, effective August 21, 2026, extended the offer due date from August 25 and introduced two new service categories: Additional Pickups and Container Relocations.
Place of performance is Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, Georgia. The contract is firm fixed price, NAICS 562111 (Solid Waste Collection), PSC S205 (Housekeeping—Trash/Garbage Collection), with no set-aside applied.
The base year runs September 29, 2026 through September 28, 2027, with five option years extending through March 28, 2032. Services include municipal solid waste and recycling collection on Tuesday and Friday schedules across 40+ locations, with collection operations between 0730–1400 hours. Estimated annual workload comprises 565 tons of MSW, 80 tons of construction/demolition debris, 45 tons of scrap metal, 15 tons of cardboard, and 10 tons of paper. The contractor furnishes all personnel, equipment, containers, and vehicles; establishes and submits vehicle routes and collection schedules within five calendar days of award; maintains government-approved color-coded containers; and processes recyclable materials for market sale with proceeds applied monthly as credits against tipping fees. Over-and-above services—unscheduled pickups, special events, construction debris, and container relocations—are priced separately.
Contract Line Items 0006–0007 represent the base year, with option year CLINs 1006–1007 through 5006–5007. Monthly reporting includes weight tickets, tonnage documentation, tipping fee invoices, and sales receipts due by the tenth of each month. Inspection and acceptance occurs at the 94 Materiel Support Group, Civil Engineering office. Kenneth Jacob is the government point of contact. Quotes must be submitted on Schedule B per Amendment 3.
