About this opportunity
The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) issued this Request for Information (RFI) on November 20, 2025, to conduct market research for an Integrated IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer/Case Relationship Management (CRM) Platform. This is a Sources Sought Notice intended for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract or compensate respondents. ABMC seeks preliminary market research information from capable and reliable sources to identify qualified vendors capable of providing an integrated ITSM and CRM platform solution. The notice was amended on December 4, 2025, to incorporate questions and answers received from industry. This RFI is classified under NAICS Code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services), though vendors may provide alternative NAICS classifications if applicable.
Responses must be submitted by December 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST to designated ABMC contracting staff via email, with the submission limited to 25 pages in PDF format. Interested vendors must provide company identification information including UEI and CAGE Code, FedRAMP authorization identifiers if applicable, contract vehicles through which they operate (such as SEWP, GSA MAS, or CIO-SP4), prior federal client references with similar deployments, and a description of their capacity to perform the work. The RFI targets deployment in May 2026 and requires vendors to address technical requirements including FedRAMP Moderate authorization, U.S.-based hosting, Azure AD integration, and compliance with federal security standards. ABMC seeks support for approximately 550 internal users, 10 IT agent licenses, and 60-80 departmental workflow agent licenses across multiple functional areas, with the capability to migrate approximately 10,000 historical records and support Tier I, II, and III IT support levels. Vendors should confirm their interest and intent to submit a formal bid should a subsequent solicitation be issued.
